Why are your products so amazing?
Good question! We pride ourselves on creating both classic and original designs that make everyone look good. Port Pearl’s original designs are constantly evolving to reflect the proven styles our customers love most.
How do I know when new styles become available?
We are constantly releasing new styles. Subscribe to our email newsletter at the bottom of the page and follow us on social media.
Are your products eco-friendly and sustainably sourced?
Port Pearl proudly maintains a very light footprint on the environment. Low inventory and regional distribution allow us to cut down on waste and long shipping routes. We always strive to source fabrics and products from reputable suppliers that use sustainable practices. While some of our fabrics are sourced from around the world, nearly all of them are designed, produced, and shipped within the USA.
What can I expect for shipping and delivery?
We don’t offer free shipping. Here’s why: When most companies offer “free shipping” they add the shipping costs into the sales price of each item. This means that you actually end up paying a lot more in the end. You just don’t see the shipping costs listed at checkout. Since our mission includes making our products as affordable as possible, we make our shipping prices transparent. So if you order multiple items from one of our locations, those items can be shipped together and you only pay the true (must lower) cost of shipping.
As for delivery, most of our products are made in the USA, and each one is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. This means that delivery may sometimes take a little longer. We will email you the status of your order and give you a tracking number as soon as it’s sent. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction (and our prices!), so thank you for making a more thoughtful and environmentally sustainable purchasing decision!
How do you handle returns and exchanges?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged, defective, or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. We reserve the right to require photos or other satisfactory evidence of the damage, defect, or mislabel.
Please note that in order to keep our prices affordable for everyone, our products are made after you place your order, especially for you. This means we cannot offer returns and exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or have buyer’s remorse, but rest assured that this is rarely an issue for our customers. All our clothes fit true-to-size, so you’ll always receive what you expect. Please review our clothing size charts to make sure an item will fit you correctly, and contact us at info@portpearl.com before you place any order if you are not sure about sizes, colors, or styles.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@portpearl.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Why is your logo missing?
We think it’s cheesy to plaster our logo all over our products, so we simply leave it off. Unless you specifically want to rep a brand, you probably don’t want to be a walking billboard. Also, some garments we sell are originally manufactured by our partner brands, so you’ll sometimes see their name on the inside label instead of ours.
